The USWA, Local 1-2995 represents approximately 2500 members from Hornepayne to New Liskeard, including Timmins and Chapleau, the area known as "The Northern Corridor". We represent workers in different sectors, such as woodlands, sawmills, plywood plants, health care services, hardware store, janitorial services, social services, etc. Our main goal is to increase our membership so that we may continue to thrive and better represent you, the workers of our region.
